Mermaid - is one of my favorites! Inhale, press the bar down and grow taller first, then lift your spine even more, reach your arm by your ear and side bend, don’t lean into it. Keep your Pilates box square as possible. This is hard for me! Try not to let the chest sink.

Goals of the exercise:

  • Strengthen the shoulders, back and arms

  • Stretch the sides
